Pond view

I've been feeling grateful for the pond recently. It's been a busy week with work (both translation and teaching) and with co-leading groups of volunteers at Oxford City Farm, so I haven't had much time for the allotment but it's been nice to sit by the pond and check what's started growing when I did make it to the plot. 

I've also had a few coffees with friends sitting on the log bench. I can't believe it's nearly a year since I made this bench. It feels like a permanent feature of the plot and it's fantastic to be able to sit by the pond through the seasons.
