Kite Festival

Went to see this festival in Shizuoka. Size of these kites are about 2m×4m, quite big.
Some are for kids to wish their healthy grow up and there are kid names written on each kite. Others are for towns around the area.

In this pic, people are celebrating that they've just put up a kite for a kid in the centre playing trumpets.
