Four

Another Christmas present read, I suspect this one might be in my top books of 2022. A very different setting to that which I expected from this author but how clever it was and absorbing was not a surprise.

Finished this evening whilst I listen to the Folk Show and am abed early again. Days are long and mainly full of other people’s ‘stuff’ until I get to my own list. It’s another speedy week though. Bailey seems better but I’ll be completely convinced when he refrains from leaving ‘presents’ on the spare bedroom carpet…
