Concert Day

Today was the Woodwind and Strings prom in the Prom in the Cathedral series. So she spent a happy time this afternoon in rehearsals and had performance tonight.

I find it very hard being so far away for things like this. This time, there was noone able to watch her. It makes me sad to think of her performing without anyone there for her, previously she's had at least a friend of ours or her house parent. I've never seen her perform at school/in the cathedral, though I've seen video of two of her performances. But she had a good night and sent me a photo of herself concert-complete.
