Finished!

I knit a longer version of this for my niece D. just before Christmas,  and I had enough wool left over to knit another one! I finished this one yesterday,  and D. is planning on giving it to her daughter who is visiting at the moment from Scotland. 
It's an emergency blip today,  I was so busy at Castle Espie that I forgot to take any photos!!! It was a great day,  the school group were 7 and 8 year olds, delightful children,  every one, and very excited to be on a school trip. Magic moment.... when one of the girls took me to see the hedgehog bed they had made, then pointed out the tiny door at the base of a tree and said "we knocked on the door but no body answered!".
