Mandarin

There are quite a few of these birds resident at Etherow Country Park near Stockport. The light was dim and the bird was moving quite quickly so it's not as sharp as I would have liked. I was happy with the way it was framed by the background.
In a fairly short walk I recorded 23 species including Goosander, Nuthatch and Long-tailed Tit.
There's a nice cafe too, so add an Americano into the mix and it was a very pleasant couple of hours spent!
