A Drop of Colour

It has been an exciting morning(!) choosing paint for the living room. We need a water based paint to go on the chimney breast to cope with heat from the log burning fire being put in next week. As the room is being completely redecorated we had free choice of colour - the floor will be wood and no curtains yet ordered. Our sofas are dark brown  leather so flexible on colour matching. This blob is all the colour needed in a large tub of white paint and will - after a thorough shake in a special machine - be just right shade of very light bluey-grey we need.

The plasterer is still busy with skimming the walls but making excellent progress.

I am just about coping with not having the Blip app usable on the phone but getting there. 

Camera club committee meeting this evening - we have a long agenda to get through.
