Rocket flowers

I saw the tub of rocket leaves just outside the back of the house and thought I could photograph its lovely flowers, so I brought the tub inside. It has taken me a few days to get the energy to take the pictures. 

I love rocket leaves in salad, and often forget that the flowers are edible too.  I love the shapes of the thin tracery, as I call it, on the petals as well as the tiny touches of blue and purple which appear under certain lighting conditions. To take this picture I had to switch on our lights as the day was so dull and dusk was imminent.
