Back to back

There always seems to be one particular day of the working week which attracts all the meetings and invariably it always seems to be a Tuesday.

Today was no different with back-to-back meetings already booked in and then in between those, back-to-back meetings being booked in for next Tuesday already! I’m an insurance guy, what makes me suddenly so popular?!

Fortunately they all seemed to go well and I am hopeful that I will have my first major deal under my belt later this week, which will do wonders for the waning confidence.

We took up an invite from my mother for dinner and had a nice couple of hours playing shops (pictured is my purchase) and having dinner.

A busy day was rounded off very nicely with a visit from Simmo who delivered me of a very thoughtful early birthday gift and card (see extra).
