Dan made a very good waitress…ha ha ha.

I do love it when we have synchronicity. I saw a donor today and her middle name was Ruth and her surname was Ellis. I commented on ‘Ruth Ellis’ to Laura and although she’s a similar age to me she didn’t know who I was talking about. Thankfully, Jeff knew about her. I then took a needle out of a woman and asked her if she knew who Ruth Ellis was, she recognised the name but couldn’t think why she was infamous. I told her she was the last woman hanged in England then she told me that her grandad was related to Albert Pierrepoint!!!

Pierrepoint hanged Ruth Ellis and was the last hangman. How about that for a coincidence. It made my day.
