Feeding the birds

On my way home I diverted to the park by the lake and there was a woman and her young daughter feeding the gulls. The day started early with a "coaching" session where we had to reflect on 2021 and set some goals for 2022. I think most of us were not in the mood at 07:45 with a full day ahead of us, but it was okay.
I decided patience and kindness were definitely on my list for 2022.
