Not What It Seems

Other than my hike up the hill (extended as far as Tudhope now), I didn't go out today. The sky was a flat pale grey and the light was the same, so my photos were meh, to say the least.

I've faffed with a sky from a few days ago, and superimposed a shot from this morning, much cropped, of a dead hogweed in the ditch. It struck me when I saw it that the little leaf looked like a tiny bird perched there.

So it's my Tiny Tuesday offering, thanks to PHL for hosting the challenge.

At Tudhope there's a bench, put there by the family who own the house, to replace a tree that blew down a couple of years ago. They have named it Rest and Be Thankful 2 - so I did :-)
