Discarded

From a distance it looked as if a dead calf had been thrown onto a pile of wood cuttings ready for cremation. Closure inspection showed that it was a realistic, life-size toy - possibly also awaiting cremation.
A bitterly cold day with very little wind and low mist. I have had my haircut and duets this afternoon with Bill.
