A Room with a View

After yesterdays lovely sunrise, I had high hopes that there might be a decent start to the day this morning too.

I was staying at a motel at Killington Lake Services on the M6 and I had wangled a room with a lake view (looking east over Killington Lake) - should have been an ideal location for a sunrise shot.

And the fog did keep me company for quite a lot of the drive on south to Oxford,
