Celebrating Robert Burns

‘Those who think that composing a Scotch song is a trifling business, let them try.’
Robert Burns, 6 November 1787.

On our to do list is a visit to the National Trust for Scotland Birthplace Museum and significant places associated with Robert Burns.

I imagine that many people will be attending “Burns Supper" today all over the world.

There will be many addresses to The Haggis, many speeches to The Immortal Memory. Food will be consumed and many glasses of Whisky will be drunk.

Enjoy yourselves
