PT

I’m so lucky to have a daughter-in-law who is also a wonderful physical therapist….Today she came over to give me some new harder and different exercises to strengthen my hip and shoulder muscles.  (They are doing OK but I want better. )  I didn’t get her photo but here is my “stuff on a horizontal surface #10” which lives on the (real) marble hearth in front of the fireplace in the living room.  Mostly we worked with the rubber bands. 

I’m also lucky to have TWO wonderful dils.  The other just had her 2nd surgery today and is back home to recover (isn’t that amazing ?  but one does NOT want to linger in a hospital these days).  Wishing her a speedy recovery.

Decided to put this photo from yesterday in the extra… My special PT with her daughters.   Fiona says she did like the Van Gogh show yesterday but her favorite part was coloring one of his compositions  (hers seen here)  and then we got to project them on a wall in a frame.
