Dipper

Third time lucky this afternoon as I went down to the Forest of Dean in search of the Wenchford dippers with only one glimpsed briefly from time to time through the trees and even then at a distance but still good to see. 

This bird has been marked as part of a project studying the life of the dippers here and I've e-mailed the Project Co-ordinator with the ring information to try and find out which bird it is. Usually in years gone by I've seen quite a few in this stream.
