On mist coming in from the sea

Left the cottage early and stopped for coffee at Cairn Lodge services, it’s lovely and dog friendly.
Great drive, roads quiet and only a bit of rain. Very misty over lochs and hills. Stopped at Loch Fynne deli expecting to get something nice for lunch and ended up with a ploughman’s sandwich in hovis bread. We usually stop in Inveraray but our favourite place is closed until Wednesday. Got to Saddell around four, unpacked and off for a walk. Hetty was overjoyed when hubby lifted her out of the car and let her run off to the beach, unfortunately it took me ten minutes to catch her.
The view is from the window of the cottage we have for a few days, it is so quiet.
We walked past the castle and onto the next stretch of beach, which I love as it’s the one Paul McCartney filmed Mull of Kintyre on.
