Hopeful

The hot flushes are real. Menopause is upon me at the grand old age of 48 and 1/2. It feel sad that my body is moving into the next stage of life without giving life. Oh well, fuck all I can do about it. Hoping that sage tablets will help with the hot flushes and night sweats!
