Back to Basics

I've seemed to have gone a little astray with my Buddhist practice over recent times, so today, after much contemplation, I dug out my old book The Basics of Buddhism by Pat Allwright.

Always a good read and written in an easy to understand way, a must 'companion' for anyone wanting to learn more about Nichiren Buddhism.

Next step is to start attending meetings again..... Maybe a basics class for starters!
