Old Man's Hill
We waited until three o'clock before going out for a walk in the hope that the sun might put in an appearance. It didn't. So on a cold, grey afternoon we made our way to the ill-named Old Man's Hill. Whichever direction you take it there is a steep climb although we chose the direction with the lower pant factor.
The local schools had just disgorged their students so the roads were full of youngsters with eyes firmly glued to their phones. We made it home without any collisions.
