paint

the glasgow office i work in has come out the other side after a bloodbath, and now is getting rid of all the unused desks and making little comfy corners with sofas. i think most people who work here would rather have their colleagues at their desks, and possibly a proper canteen, but beggers and choosers and all that. today they were repainting part of the floor i work on - covering the blood splatters after the firing squad had left, as someone put it. nasty paint smell all day gave me a headache :-( but it did give me the chance to shoot this lovely bleak image of empty space. (this shot from a couple of weeks ago is a closeup of one of the blinds seen at the windows above, btw.)
