WHITE OVER . . .

The actual frost did not last long on the grass this morning . . . but the skies remained grey and it was very cold. On the bike with double leggings, three teeshirts and a waterproof top with one pair of gloves. Not enough . . . had to grab a coffee on the way round to try and warm hands. Brrrrrrr . . . managed 24 flattish miles, but glad to get home from the windchill. T is busy planning a 200+ mile ride in the summer, starting at St Bees. I hope to do part of it, as the route takes in . . . The Riverside !
This afternoon . . . sun out and blue skies . . . as I warm up slowly.
