Fife Cycle Chic

We had a pretty lazy Sunday, but that's ok as it's back to the grind for me tomorrow.
Rather than bum about the house all day I talked Soozy into a leisurely bike ride to the nearby village of Limekilns where we popped in to visit our 75 year old uncle. We just caught him as he was heading out to do some hill walking.
Then had a couple of cappuccinos and shared a slice of carrot cake at the Sundial Cafe before heading home via "cardiac hill" as it's known locally.
Cardiac Hill is Soozys nemesis but she made a significant leap as she managed to cycle all the way down it today. She normally walks down, as it's too fast and scary. So the next step is to be able to ride back up it which I'm sure she will manage soon.
