Hardy greenery surviving the drying conditions of life beside the sea. Everything else is looking crispy brown and wilting in the summer heat.

The water was warm, but still cool enough to be refreshing.


Many thanks to everyone who took the time to check out both photos I uploaded to Blip yesterday. One of course was a backblip - which appealed to many of you as it was an incamera high key effect with very little processing. Both were taken at my favourite Motueka swimming beach.
