Another table full of my crap- wool, goggles and a glass of wine. What more do you need?

Goodly walk with Ella, some jobs around the house and then a lovely long daylight swim, for most of it in the pool by myself. The inside pool was packed!

Then, suitably tired out, I retired to the sofa for the rest of the day.
