Eagle Eyes

Much more comfortable today in the low 20s so of course we headed to the Kennebec River to see what was swimming and flying about. Lots of gulls and a few female mergansers congregated in and around a small section of open water not far upriver from the boat landing • While we moved to a spot further downriver I announced there wasn’t an eagle to be found, to which MrsP immediately replied, and rather matter of factly, “Yes, there is, he’s right there.” Following her pointed finger I located the eagle not too far away on our side of the river. MrsP had done it again!! • A playoff football game is on tap for later this afternoon so I must be off to get a few things done, including dinner, before kickoff • I hope you’ve all enjoyed a peaceful weekend, Blip Friends :)
