This is the publicity photo from a live screening of George Balanchine’s ballet from the Bolshoi - Jewels
A 3 act ballet ; Emeralds , with music by Fauré , inspired by his time in Paris , Rubies with music by Stravinsky , a jazzy style with New York influences , and Diamonds on the classical Russian style with music by Tchaikovsky.
It was excellent, really beautiful choreography and costumes . I do like a live screening :)
