Kelly Hall Tarn

A grey day.  So grey.

A trip into the Lakes in search of a blip that isn't Morecambe Bay!  We started at Kelly Hall Tarn and this is the view towards the Coniston Fells.  From here to Blue Bird Cafe on Coniston for refreshments.  I had hoped to capture Coniston Water from the head of the lake but it was quite uninspiring.

Home to the good news that No 2 son has passed the simulator test and is all set to fly again.  He is glad that it is done for another 6 months.
