Not a lot of cooperation!

A beautiful morning ..... the sun was shining & the sky was blue!

By lunchtime there were a few clouds rolling in ...... but undeterred we went out.

It was rather on the chilly side ...... wish the sun has stayed out but you can't have everything .... apparently!

We had a lovely walk up the road & back ...... saw lots of birds ..... unfortunately most of them were not in the mood to pose in the best place!

Did manage (sort of) to get these four .... a Dunnock ...... a Wren ...... a Robin & a Great Tit :-)

Spent quite a while chasing a flock of Long-tailed Tits ...... they are so quick so no usable photo! Same went for the Goldfinch too! Hey ho .... another day!


Bit miffed as I put a different card in the camera & it has changed the number sequence of the photos .... bummer!

Until at least the end of March Hubby will be working (as long as he continues to cope okay) Monday to Friday as the bus company does not have enough staff to run Saturday services as well, so that is the end of his Wednesdays off for the moment! Does mean we do actually have a weekend though .... hence our walk today (Saturday)!
