Lunch Courtesy of Ma

Ma stopped over yesterday and had wrapped up two pieces of bread and a slice of breaded eggplant, telling me it was the best.  I put it in the oven for a proper bake, toasted the bread, and with some cheese and garlic pickle had a feast.  She was right, it was delicious.
