Amor Fati

Strava Day 237/75 Hard Phase 2 Day 25.

Grateful to still have the energy and time to dedicate for my own goals while at the same time looking after family. 75 Hard tasks get done without difficulty and resistance these days. The main challenge is focusing and setting boundaries. Today I was able to do both of that.

Made a bad joke that I expressed out of exhaustion but T's comment was funny:

T: Ah, middle age!

What made me smile/laugh today:
(1) T momentarily leaving his dinner to "talk to his ants"
(2) A simple dinner with B
