So whilst up so early I seized the day and joined the Edinburgh Parkrun along the prom at Crammond. It’s a much bigger group than my home run - 500 people - and I was very pleased to bump into someone I knew. She used to be at exercise classes I did (and that haven’t started up again) and also at parkrun occasionally. Nice to catch up and share our gloom at our slower pace. Missing those classes!
