Evening Sun

A productive afternoon in the library working on my cultural theory essay, followed by a really very lovely and impromptu evening involving a walk down the canal to Offchurch with Maddie, Andy and Alex, accompanied by cider and sunsets. Had a couple of drinks in The Stag joined by Maddie's parents and Isaac (and the puppies too!), before going back to Church Cottage for some yummy grub, more wine and sleepy conversation. Had a lovely cuddle with the very sleepy Bernard while waiting for the taxi back to Leam, so cute! I'd missed these sorts of nights while at home, it's good to have them back.

I love the warm sunset-y glow in this picture and Maddie, as always, makes a beautiful subject.
