I spend my summer Saturdays on day trips within Nova Scotia, then when winter gets here I don't go as far or as often. We have had a few partly sunny but cold days together, so the roads have been able to dry off and paved roads are free from ice. I have been missing my weekly outings, so a girlfriend and I headed out for a road trip today. 
We took the highway along the south shore as far as Voglers Cove, then worked our way back on a road that follows the coast. This is one of the many fishing villages along the coast of Nova Scotia.
