Just Saturday

Tried to make myself look lovely today, I didn't feel like I quite got there.
Took a walk around the shops with my Mama this afternoon. I struggled to be present, I just wanted to go home and curl up.

This evening I sat on my bed intermittently crying and writing in a journal which I haven't picked up since January 2012. The disparity between my last entry and the one I wrote was horrible.
