Back indoors I was caught napping again - extra pic!

A very grey day again.    Is it just me or do things seem to take longer to do on days like this?    From which you may gather that not much got done today.        The pic of Iris histrioides was snatched as Meg and I set out on a long stroll through the lanes round the edge of town ... long enough for us to need a snooze after ;-)   I did find the energy after to make a delicious chilli for tea.
