Emergency blip

Taken yesterday as I haven’t taken any photos today.
We travelled up north to a very cold cottage. Got fire and heating on as soon as we arrived and then went out for a walk but it is still cold. Neighbour’s on both sites away so I think our place is feeling the cold.
Daughter messaged me this morning to ask me to leave some papers for her from when she bought her current house 11 years ago so looking for what she wanted delayed us leaving.
Roads were quiet, although the route we normally take was closed but not a problem.
I drove the first couple of hours and then hubby suggested he took over. It was great being back on the motorway and driving.
Glass of red while cooking and now going to settle down to watch a bit of tv.
