Boys day out

KT had a day of studying, so Monty suggested a trip to Edale (he did really!). So 18k & 740m of ascent, to get to the pub for a roast beef cob and a pint. If only if realised it was 500m the other way, we’d have saved all that effort.

Weather was stunning, blue skies all round with the remnants of an overnight frost. I do need to get out earlier, I was in the overflow car park, the main one being full at 9.15!

Now relaxing and contemplating a very good nights sleep!
