Up early to find the right bus stop to get the right bus to one of Oxford's three Parkruns. We must have looked as though we knew where we were going (we didn't) as we managed to collect a fellow tourist on the way. Aside from it being a three lap course, extra hard on the brain when my usual one is only two, it was fun and I was pleased to have run the furthest ive managed since my latest injury last year.

Back to watch a bit of Saturday Kitchen (love Saturday Kitchen) then we wandered off to do a bit of sight seeing and have some lunch. I will admit to preferring it to Cambridge even if it's not the seaside.

I hope no-one minds the photo. Although you wouldn't know it now, a lot of my father's family were farm or land workers (workers, not owners) and we'd often have odd bits of (no questions asked) game or meat turn up at home. These pheasants hanging outside a traditional butchers were very tempting but we're not going home until tomorrow and I'm not sure keeping them in the hotel room overnight would have worked. I'm also not great at plucking.....

23k steps so far today, which equates to around 11 miles.

One of my extras is a cheat.
