We have a fabulous farm shop close to us. When J goes he always spends a fortune. He went about a. week ago, amongst his purchases was a pack of 5 chicken breasts. Now, when I buy them I rewrap them individually as they are so big, one is usually enough for us to share. He froze them as one big mass! So, today I have been cooking chicken breasts in various ways. One of which is curry.

I needed some fresh spices, so ventured into our local town, not something I do if I can help it! There is a wonderful little shop that stocks a huge variety of unusual, asian vegetables and spices, I love to rummage round in it, and wonder what the steps down to the cellar lead to. The guys that run it are always so cheerful and helpful. It's a little piece of India in Buckinghamshire. Todays collage is a collection of snaps taken 'surreptitiously' with my phone.
