Dauphinoise

Went to the boyfriend's lovely mother's for what can only be described as an epic dinner.

Chicken roasted on a bed of leeks, peppers and olives; crispy pork belly; tomatoes and olives poached in sherry; brocolli with parmesan and pistacchios; green beans with parmesan and lemon juice; and mind-blowing dauphinoise potatoes.

It was incredible.
