Mud Bog Alley

The weather has warmed to the point that bugs now cluster around lights and the ground is no longer frozen. We still get very cool nights but the sunny days are totally comfortable.

Therefore, it is time for this year's season of mud bog racing to begin. Before long these bleachers will be filled with screaming fans and empty beer bottles. Rooster tails will scratch the backs of the stars and multi-toothed grins will shine through dirt covered faces. It's all great fun for the people who attend and good for the coffers of the fair board.
