Trip

SW took me to get some bulky shopping, dropped off at house then went out to Hopetoun Gardens. A treat of some lovely soup, drooled over planty things, got some primroses & compost. We listened & watched the buzzards above, didn't recognise other bird of prey though.

Seems ages since I've been there, must be close to 3 yrs.

Listened to alittle of Burns poetry as walked round. This horse sculpture caught the afternoon sun with another plant sculpture behind in long grasses.

Another visitor tonight, CW, for a fish supper & catch up as delayed their part Xmas due to work, missed the birthday too, then they caught Covid, all okay now & they're starting a ne job on Monday so hope goes well.

May have to rest weekend to recover!

But so nice to do some different things.
