118 Of 365: The Light At The End Of Tunnel

A bit of a bike ride along the Union Canal from Linlithgow down to the Falkirk Wheel (which was all closed off due to maintenance work) So I went hungry, was looking forward to a bowl of soup and a cup of tea.

On the way out the wind was in my face, progress was a bit slow and I was looking forward to having the wind at my back on the return to Linlithgow. Age, hunger and a slightly osteoarthritic knee got the better of me - I opted for the train back to Linlithgow.
