Up then down then up then down

An interesting day shall we say.  I've only just finished work, long story but it's an ongoing saga which needs to be resolved once and for all.

The morning was fine, went for a nice power ramble and then most of the afternoon went well and then blammo! Any positivity I regained yesterday gets shot down.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good power ramble
2.  Delicious vegan herby sausages for lunch
3.  Chicken and pepper pasta for tea
