I was a good boy today

Basil was very patient today. Len and I had to go to Birmingham to help with a medical trial. Colin was going to take care of Basil and undoubtedly give him lots of treats, but had to pull out at the last minute because of family concerns.

So Basil came with us. He doesn't like travelling in the car particularly at speed (we were on the M42) which explains the face he was making.

Len and I took turns to go in and be interviewed while the other partner took Basil for walks around the car park.

It was a long day.

I had hoped we would get more clear, frosty days but cloud has swept in from the Atlantic meaning we shall have to live with grey skies for the next week.
