Brrrr

An odd sort of day. It didn’t seem as frosty as I was expecting this morning even though the temperature was well below freezing - it must’ve been a drier sort of cold? Got to work (stopped in a lay-by to take this shot but I can’t tell what it will look like in a big screen so apologies if it’s a bit lacking), but just before lunchtime we were all told to go home. There had been a water main burst in campus and so they were closing most of the site, including the library, with about 20 minutes notice! In the old days, it would have meant an afternoon off but now that we can all work from home, we could just decamp home and carry on from there. This home working has its disadvantages!
