Carnival

Day off work so the usual morning shenanigans at home - all good!

Then a trip to the flicks for Nightmare Alley. The trailer made it look amazing and I was really wanting to be wowed but....just something lacking that I can't quite put my finger on. Still pretty good, and it looked incredible, and everyone was fine in it, and I wasn't bored despite the running time but, I dunno, just something that wasn't there that really should have been.
