Wood

We normally burn our own wood. There's plenty of it. But because Jack wasnt able to do many practical jobs over the last few months we ordered some cut, dried logs from a local farm. They were delivered in a strong large bag which is very handy and it's burning well.

My Friday walking chum, Gill and I decided not to walk as it was so cold. The forecast had been cold but sunny....no sign of sun round here. She came to visit me and we had a good catchup. She is playing a fun character in the panto...part of the pirate gang! So I'm looking forward to seeing her in what sounds like an amazing character (and I bet she will make a great blip photo!).
